Team Assistant　

Responsibilities:

- Assist BU director for daily BU management;

- Responsible for the indirect production material control, total cost control ,To control and maintain the stationery for shop floor;

- Responsible for BU document control, update and posting on schedule;

- Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above; at lease 3 yrs working experience as assistant;

- Good communication and negotiation skills both in English and Chinese;

- Good command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Passionate, auto-motivated and detail-oriented.
